Eligibility

Chatible is only for people who are 18 years or older. Do not use this service if you are under 18. By using Chatible, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these Terms.

Respectful use

Use Chatible respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, scam, spam, or share illegal, exploitative, hateful, abusive, or harmful content. Do not ask for money, passwords, verification codes, financial details, or private personal information.

You may not use Chatible to deceive, impersonate, pressure someone to send money or gifts, buy goods, invest, send cryptocurrency, share accounts, move conversations off-platform for harmful purposes, or engage in any illegal activity.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity on your account. Chatible may limit, suspend, or remove access if we believe an account is being used for abuse, spam, scams, illegal activity, or safety risk.

Anonymous conversations

You can end a chat at any time. You may remove a conversation from your own Chat page, but that does not delete it for the other person or from Chatible systems. Chatible stores messages so conversations, support, safety review, and service operations remain available.

Chatible does not verify every user's identity, background, intentions, statements, or behavior. A match, general location signal, or message connection does not mean that another user is safe, honest, trustworthy, or suitable for you.

Reports and safety review

If a conversation is reported, Chatible may review the chat and related account information to respond to reports and help keep the community safer.

We may moderate, block, remove content, suspend accounts, or report conduct to authorities when appropriate, but Chatible does not guarantee that every bad actor, unsafe message, scam, or harmful item will be detected or prevented in time.

Interactions with strangers are at your own risk

You are responsible for what you share, decide, buy, sell, send, or do with people you meet through Chatible. Do not send money, gifts, verification codes, account access, banking details, cryptocurrency, identity documents, or sensitive information to strangers. If you choose to meet offline, move to another app, buy or sell something, invest, send money, or share private information, you do so entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chatible is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, fraud, financial loss, data loss, emotional distress, physical harm, property damage, disputes, illegal conduct, or other consequences arising from your interactions with other users, even if the conversation began on Chatible.

No warranties and limitation of liability

Chatible is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, completely secure, or meet your expectations. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chatible and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or other losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnity

If your use of Chatible, your content, or your conduct causes a claim, loss, liability, expense, or dispute for Chatible, you agree to cooperate and be responsible to the extent allowed by law.

Service messages

When you create an account, you agree to receive service-related emails such as login codes, safety notices, and account messages. Chatible updates, reminders, and community emails are optional and can be turned off.

Feedback and community content

If you submit feedback or community content, you allow Chatible to review it, edit it for clarity or safety, and share it in Chatible community spaces according to your sharing choices.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our product, law, or operations change. If you continue using Chatible after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
